Multinational company is seeking for
Office Coordinator and Accountant
in its manufacturing facility based in Dunaharaszti.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Properly carry out all administrative tasks of the Hungarian office and to provide assistance in accountancing for Finance department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the main contact person for our foreign colleagues visiting our company: arrange hotel accommodation and taxi reservation. Handle incoming calls, manage post and office supply needs, organise company wide events.
Accounts payable related tasks, including A/P invoice approval process, invoice recording and matching. Control and post all A/P transactions and reconcile with the general ledger. Create regular and ad-hoc A/P reports.
- Secondary school degree specialised in economics
- Experience of 1-2 years in office management
- Experience of 1-2 years in bookkeeping
- Native Hungarian speaker
High level of English language knowledge
High level of PC knowledge
- Good communication, organising and planning skills
