We are looking for an Office Assistant into our global partner's office who is operating in the pharmaceutical sector in Budapest.
• Maintains office operations by support Team and serving customers, assist in SAP
• Fulfill general administrative task and office management (posting, ordering, answering incoming calls and some receptionist duties);
• Coordinating translations
• Taking part in SAP activities, support SA, Customer Service
• Organizing business trips, meetings, prepare arrangements for conferences, meeting
• Independently perform varied administrative duties
• Remain up to date on all key issues, tasks, results and efforts required of the Company
• Professional studies;
• 3-5 years experience in similar position.
• Excellent computer literacy
• Pro-active, team player
• Excellent organization and good communication skills
• Fluent English
