We are currently looking for talented individuals for Office Assistant / Receptionist "for 1 year fixed term"positionRole PurposeThe Receptionist / Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support. Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, filing, coordination etc.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and follow the visitor Management Process
- Handle incoming phone inquiries
- Keep track of the post on a daily basis
- Make sure that the general office needs are followed up (stationery needs, printer maintenance etc.)
- Create and update office related spreadsheets (Medical check, Amex cards, Mobile phones, , Language school, , etc.)
- Manage and organize client visits
- Manage business travel
- Handle invoices under close supervision
- Manage facility related issues (maintenance)
- Manage cleaning staff
- Manage on site medical checks
- Handling fire & safety related documents
- Send out internal ,all employees' communications
- Active participation in ongoing quality initiatives at the desired level, detailed on the UGSH Quality Portal by considering all relevant objectives, policies and procedures.Key Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational environmentJob Specific Skills
