  • Answer phone calls from agencies and suppliers
  • Ensure that company's documents are filled in and maintained accurately
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Manage administration work for management staff
  • Organize meetings, events and business trips
  • Order facility related products


  • At least 0,5-1 years relevant experience in similar position, preferably in a multinational environment
  • College or University degree
  • Experience in Office Management is preferred
  • Fluency in English, both in written and verbal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Budapest, District XXIII.
