 The Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of HR solutions, is looking for a professional for its partner in the following position:

Office Administrator

 

Responsibilities:
• General office administration tasks (welcoming guests, handling posts, e-mails, incoming calls)
• Responsible for the office environment (e.g. contact with facility management company, control small refurbishment works, etc.)
• Processing travel expenses
• Ensuring other - ad hoc and regular - administration tasks

Requirements: 
• At least high school education
• Communication level of English
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in similar position
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
• Ability to learn fast and ambition to grow within the organization
• Positive, open and friendly mindset
