OD & People Development Coordinator
Sue Ryder provides incredible hospice and neurological care. We are passionate about providing excellent care for the people we support, and a great place to work for our 3,300 employees and 12,500 volunteers. The role is within our exciting and fast-paced Organisation & People Development team. The team is responsible for learning and development, engagement, talent, performance and organisation development across our large, multi-site organisation. We're looking for a great team-player, who is adept at coordinating administration activities, but who will also be excited to get involved in the wide range of projects and activities our team undertakes.
We're recruiting for a 6-month Fixed Term Organisation & People Development Coordinator. This role has the potential to become permanent in 2015. You will be responsible for coordinating leadership development activities, including coordinating and continuing to build a coaching network, and offering administration support to our leadership development programme. You will support project work within organisation development, including administration for strategy and team events, and will lead the coordination of our performance management processes.
This role requires you to be highly organised, self-motivated, a fantastic communicator, and highly competent in the use of MSWord and MSExcel. Prior experience working in a learning function is desirable. The drive and desire to support others learning is essential.
