Our multinational company is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Order Support Administrator into its business service centre in Budapest.
- Order management in SAP, for internal/external customers - Accurately enter all equipment orders with transactional efficiency as per the defined process - Manage order exceptions - Build & maintain mutually beneficial, friendly but professional relationship with local customer service Front Office teams. - Follow up on missing order information or other general inquiries and requests with the local Front Office team.
- Fluent Norwegian (or Swedish that understands Norwegian) AND English - Excellent problem solving and communication skills - Team player approach, pro-active attitude - Good communication skills - SAP knowledge is advantageous - Excel knowledge
