Norwegian speaking Customer Service Assistant European Retail Operations Support Center (EROSC)
The European Retail Operations Support Center (EROSC) is part of the Fuels & Lubricants business within ExxonMobil. As part of EROSC the At Your Service department supports approximately 700 company owned retail sites and 400 unattended Express sites across Europe. At Your Service acts as the first line of support for these sites and closely interacts with the second line EROSC support teams in Bangkok and Guatemala. The team is in frequent contact with our Store Managers across Europe (UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, France & Norway), but also liaises with our suppliers and Express site customers.
The main responsibility of the department is to support our Store Managers to ensure flawless operations in the stores. The scope of the support ranges from the replenishment of store articles to the resolution of Article Master, Physical Inventory, Vendor Payment, Wetstock & Cash Management queries. In addition to that the department ensures successful polling of the sales data from our sites. It manages system outages and handles User ID creation requests from the level 2 teams, Assistants, and Credit and Logistic Planners.

What we are looking for:
- English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing and proficiency in Norwegian
- Education level: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any subject
- Good analytical, business judgment and communication skill
- Interpersonal and team working skills to work in a multicultural environment
- Candidates must be very well organized & process oriented
- Good customer service skills
- Microsoft Office experience in Word and Excel is required. Previous SAP R3 experience is a bonus

At Your Service assistant
At Your Service assistants provide support and resolve issues reported by the store manager concerning the areas of site IT equipment and infrastructure, ordering and goods receipting, physical inventory and non-scans, invoice posting and cash by following existing guidelines and procedures to ensure timely and accurate resolution. The majority of reported issues are directly resolved by assistants and only a small percentage is forwarded to the Level 2 support teams. The At Your Service assistants need to assess the urgency of an issue and must be able to prioritize the resolution of the different problems.
All department members work closely with the different EROSC Level 2 teams in Guatemala and Bangkok. They will also interface with vendors, express site customers, our in-country organization (e.g. territory managers), third party hardware support, payroll system providers and others.
