A Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative is now open at our multinational partner who operates in the IT sector. This prestigious company currently employs more than 5000 experts worldwide and is in the need of professionals to join their brand new Shared Service Centre in Budapest.

As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative you are responsible for receiving and handling incoming customer calls, e-mails and offer the highest standard of customer support and assisting customers with Web navigation. You have to collaborate with purchasing and accounts payable teams.
In a role of Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative you have to follow business procedures and follow agreed audit procedures for financially implicated actions as well. You will communicate in English and in Norwegian every day so that you can improve your language skills.
