Monitoring, maintenance and operation of the server platform and taking over the End to End responsibility for the Avaya system in case of an incident
Communication and collaboration with the network support specialists and other involved organizations
Preparation and updating of standard documents and publication and deposition of them on central platforms
Performs 3rd level duties, with basic customer specific knowledge with deep knowledge of customer specific knowledge.
Performs complex changes on the network devices.
Optimization of existing networks in a defined task area.
Analysis and definition of technical requirements for existing solutions and description of interfaces
Support implementation and transformation projects including travelling
5 year professional experiences
Strong experiences within telecommunication technique
Advanced English and/or intermediate German
Actual network certification ( Cisco CCNA, Extreme Advanced routing or similar)
Strong experiences with network: Extreme Networks (XOS as operating system)
WAN, QoS, MPLS, Standard Routing and Switching
Basic knowledge firewall (e.g. rule set)
Experiences in Incident, Problem and Change Management Process
