The job holder will be based in Vienna, Austria.
Be responsible for the products and solutions as well as for "After sales" technical support in the field of Access and Datacom networks.
Supporting our customers from any technical perspective, and enhance our relationship in the primary key accounts.
You will be responsible for all after sales support of Access network and Datacom in the Nordic market.
Your tasks & Requirements
Technical support service to the customers independently or together with a support section.
Provide technical training for customers, subcontractors or service partners. Sales for testing, bidding or holding workshops.
Provide High level and Low level solution for all kinds of Access network projects on customer network.
Project Implementation and technical control of its suppliers or partners.
Customer communication with technical issue and network solution.
Do the implementation of project like test, integration configure and Cutover.
Experienced in DSLAM, MSAN, GPON operation Understand IP knowledge and IP network technical.
More experience on Routers and Switches are preferred.
Capability of following technologies: H248, SIP protocols, ADSL2+,VDSL2, PPPOE,DHCP, VOIP principles,
Preferred more capability of TCP/IP,VLAN, Multicast protocols, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, L3VPN, L2VPN, NAT, MSTP
Experience of Network design and solution for large networks is an advantage.
Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and testing independently (including survey and acceptance).
Strong troubleshooting skills.
No problem with occasionally night work like SWAP and cutover.
Fluency in English and German
