Main responsibilities: - Provide 7/24 monitoring and L2 Service Support capability for multinational customers - Monitoring the customer Application service experience - Identify, investigate and resolve all issues - Evaluate Application Alarms an Open Ticket with Helpdesk - Providing in-depth technical support to customers through monitoring - Cooperating with other levels of support - Manage supplier activities - Providing higher level support internally
- CCNA (or similar level networking knowledge) - 1-2 years experience in relevant field - Understanding of LAn/WAN/WLAN/BGP/MPLS/OSPF - Network monitoring experience - Basic troubleshooting experience - Fluent English knowledge
