Multilingual IT Service Desk Agent - Level 1,5
- Provide 1st line technical support via telephone and e-mail/chat by maintaining a high quality customer service
- Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when solving them
- Log calls and monitor customer contacts
- Allocate more complex cases to the relevant IT support member
- Identify any service issues and report them to the team leader
- Ensure that all calls and issues are handled in a timely and professional matter, complying with the company's guidelines
- Fluency in English plus one of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian, Polish, and Portuguese (Portugal)
- University degree and vocational qualification (MCP or equivalent)
- 2 years or more customer helpdesk experience
- High level of familiarity with Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows operating system and hardware configuration such as desktop printers
- Enthusiastic, positive personality with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work on shifting schedule
