Our client is a U.S. based multinational company with a business support center located in Budapest.
On behalf of our client we are looking for motivated candidates for a complex Multilingual Customer Service Assistant role with both back and front office types of daily tasks.
The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for
- providing responsive support by engaging and responding to customer issues presented via all support channels;
- ensuring timely and accurate resolution of requests
- understanding the business impact of all customer needs in order to appropriately prioritize the different issues.
- ensuring appropriate escalation of issues to other parties if necessary
- working closely with different teams abroad
- strong English skills and fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Norwegian, Italian
- Bachelor's degree
- good communication skills
