Multilingual 1st Level IT Helpdesk Analyst
A Multilingual 1st level IT Helpdesk Analyst position is open at our multinational partner who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest. To their new colleague the company offers a friendly and professional work environment and the opportunity to join the team immediately.

As a 1st level IT Helpdesk Analyst your responsibilities will include:
-Providing centralised first level IT advice and support to customers
-Being a first point of contact for end users support using all communication channels (e-mail, phone)
-Managing ad-hoc projects on behalf of the Service Support Centre that may involve site visits, customer meetings or vendor management
-Independently managing and progressing issues/requests to resolution/completion
-Escalating issues when necessary
-Completing administrative tasks

You are the ideal candidate for the Multilingual 1st level IT Helpdesk Analyst role if you have excellent communication skills, are able to work under pressure and can work in shifts. Fluent English skills and preferably one more advanced level knowledge of German/French/Spanish/Italian/Dutch/Swedish/Finnish is required.
EU citizenship or a Hungarian permanent residence permit is essential for this role.
