- As a member of a team of 12 perform datacentre infrastructure monitoring 7x24x365 according to documented procedures. -Hold responsibility for performing the documented actions within SLA when events occur on the monitoring tool. -Provide process improvement input wherever possible
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English. - Excellent communication and customer care - Confident Windows and MS Office user - Willingness to handle difficult situations - Team-player attitude - Customer-oriented thinking
