Provide technical resources and customers to reach operation prudent and readiness. This is to ensure service objectives and KPIs are met.
To provide technical support analysts and having responsibility for operational effectiveness and performance in line with contracted SLA to avoid contractual penalties.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate change and release activities related to supported service.
To manage all operation tasks with other T-Systems and cross bundle support groups (e.g. HP , Middleware SE, and Service Management, Operation Management) and Customer Segments.
Deliver operation task and responsibilities through ITIL requirements and agreed service levels
Ensure service provided meets requirements of SLA, including agreed parameters around quality, cost, availability/reliability to ensure delivery within designated key measures, CSL and service description.
Degree, B.Sc. eq., preferably in an Information Technology
At least 2 years experience in an IT function, of which 1 years experience has been as operation engineer role
At least 2 years experience in a multi disciplined IT environment with strong background in service delivery, operational support, and proactive management.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with fellow team members, fellow T-Systems and bundle teams both regionally and globally, customer project resources for project-type activities, and various customer and customer segment representatives.
Experience and Skills:
Excellent technical knowledge of Windows W2K, Win 2k3, Win 2008
MCSE and MCTS certified
Expert technical knowledge of EAP 5, EAP6, Sun JVM 1.6, IIS 5, 6 and 7.5, SOA, SSRS and sFTP
Certified in ITIL v3
Excellent communication and business closing techniques
Very good awareness of other technologies supported by T-Systems and bundle
Understanding of server and storage technology
Good knowledge and experience in the use of the Incident / Change and remote management tools, processes and applications.
Excellent knowledge in Appcom/DCS technology
Ability to use ITIL based global tools and processes
