Our multinational client, a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their Budapest-based business service center team.
• managing IT infrastructure, systems, application software and security on a daily basis • incident resolution, trouble shooting, problemroot cause analysis • managing escelated issues • pro-active system monitoring • providing system statistics • raise and implement changes
• at least 2 years' experience in MySQL • Microsoft Messaging/Exchange experience • ITIL V3 • at least 2 years' experience in datacenter and/or desktop environments ( Windows platform ) • fluent English is a must - Dutch is a big plus
