Our multinational client, a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their Budapest-based business service center team.
- Managing IT infrastructure, systems, application software and security on a daily basis - Incident resolution, trouble shooting, problemroot cause analysis - Managing escelated issues - Pro-active system monitoring - Providing system statistics - Raise and implement changes
- At least 2 years' experience in MySQL - Microsoft Messaging/Exchange experience - ITIL V3 - At least 2 years' experience in datacenter and/or desktop environments ( Windows platform ) - Fluent English is a must - Dutch is a big plus
