The Master Data Team Leader is responsible for the day to day leadership of the Master Data team. Responsibilities include the management of the day to day operation including deep understanding of the master datae processes, problem/ issue resolution, working together with the team to achieve high team’s performance that meets or exceeds service level agreements. Proactively addresses and resolves issues that may impact customer satisfaction, employee attrition and cost. The Team Leader’s responsibilities include supervision, coaching and developing team members.
- College or University degree - 1+ years of people management experience - 3+ years of experience in process and in SSC industry - Fluent English language knowledge is required, German language knowledge is a plus - ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is a must
