Our client is a world leading multinational company which is looking for a new member in a Team Leader for Master Data Support position.
The new joiner has to be flexible in terms of working hours! Morning shift is from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm; afternoon shift is from 2:30 pm - 22:30 pm.
- Escalation point of contact for any problems arising from daily operational activities - Manage, lead and train the team - Work with customers to ensure adherence to the defined processes - Support integration activities for acquisitions including participation on integration teams, assessment of mass data uploads, tools and approach for deployment - Validate and enter data as defined by set policies and procedures
- Experience in Master Data support and/or User Management as Coordinator is essential - People Management experience is also a mandatory (At least 1 year) - Fluent in English (C1) - Dedicated to meeting the needs and acts with the customer in mind - Excellent organizational and planning skills - Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and provide high level summary of data to top management and customers while still knowing the details when questions are asked - Shows initiative in the development and progressing new ideas - Excellent attendance and punctuality record
