Their Budapest based SSC is looking for a Fresh Graduate or Junior Professional for a Mandarin speaking HR Administration Associate.

 

Responsibilities:

As a Mandarin speaking HR Process Associate (Learning Solution) you will have the opportunity to work in global, international team and contribute to customer experience directly. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Performing complete, stringent and timely Human Capital Management related administrative tasks in areas of Training Administration and understanding its linkage to Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
  • Preparing and providing various HR-related reports and status updates for HR professionals around the world
  • Administrating and updating Learning Catalogue based on request of Training Departments / Training Owners
  • Administrating and managing course enrolments for learners
  • Managing invitations, reminders and follow-up on courses and attendance
  • Roll-out e-learnings and manage reminders for learners
  • Preparing and providing various Training-related reports and status updates for HR professionals and Training Owners
  • Act as point of contact to HR Affiliates or Training Owners for Training related inquiries
  • Supporting employee inquiries on usage of various Learning-tools, such as e-learnings and self-service portal
  • Providing subject matter expertise to the company’s HR and LSO community in SAP HR and also support global LSO process initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • College or university degree
  • 0,5-1 year of experience in administrative role and/or SSC
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin  is a must
  • Computer literacy
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills
  • Interest in HR field
  • Ability to manage multi-tasks and handle complex cases
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to details\accuracy in record keeping
  • Team player
  • Well balanced between team and independent work
