Our client is an international firm operating in more than 50 countries offering high quality services to their clients. Currently we are looking for a sales driven Managing Director for Business Services.
The Managing Director for Business Services is responsible for directing and growing the BU Business Services. Apart from general management tasks, the job focuses on commercial activities and field steering in order to drive sales actions by the teams. - Assign sales territory, target groups and sales quotas - Coordinate sales activities with other work units or departments - Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports - Manage human resource functions e.g. hiring, training, performance reviews - Research competitors' products/services - Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Teams - Develop and conduct sales campaigns - May perform duties of Sales Managers as well (hands on job!) - Visit (prospect) clients and colleagues across Europe
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or alike - Experience in outsourcing business - Previous supervisory or management experience in sales of professional business services - Proven track record in commercial activities - Experience with managing people and steering sales activities - Strong national and international network - Ability to manage financials of the BU
