Purpose of the job: as part of the Line Office Quality team this role supports T-Systems’s Global Quality organization in mission-critical reporting, support and communication.

  • Preparing regular management reports
    • Keeps contacts with internal organizational units, collects data
    • Ensures compliance with deadlines set by the manager
    • Prepares standard managerial reports
  • Organizing management meetings
    • Video and/or phone conferences
    • Allday presence meetings (event organization)
  • Supports virtual collaboration
    • Supports online community to keep members engaged & motivated
  • Deputy Personal Assistant         
    • Manages calendar, e-mail, ad-hoc tasks
    • Handles confidential issues and documents
    • Participates at confidential meetings, records the agreements, tracks tasks
  • Fluent English and German
  • Careful, great attention to details
  • Flexible in adjusting priorities and tasks
  • Self-motivated, loyal
  • Independent: able to perform with little supervision
  • Assertive communication, experience with managing expectations of upper level management
  • At least 2 years in regular reporting of high visibility report
  • At least 1 year Personal Assistant to executive
