Management Coordinator (m/f) for the Hungarian market


Szia! JS World Media is an international media group and we are Europe’s market leader in supplier-funded MultiMedia Brochures! We are looking for zealous new colleagues for our new office in Hungary. We offer a one-of-a kind opportunity to be a crucial part in the opening of JS Magyarország.

We are a dynamic and fast-moving company with more than 450 employees and offices in 11 European countries and right now we are expanding the company to Switzerland, USA, Canada and Hungary. We create MultiMedia Brochures that are funded by suppliers and targeted specifically at the recipients. Every year, we deliver 11 Million printed brochures.

Our mission: To make JS Magyarország the market leader in supplier-funded MultiMedia-Brochures in Hungary. Our brand new office will be located in Budapest’s 13th district and will open by the end of 2015.


Management Coordinator (m/f) for the Hungarian market  

Your Responsibilities

  • recruitment tasks: e.g. create and publish job advertisements, conduct interviews, on- and off-boarding of employees
  • administration tasks: correspondence in English and Hungarian, ensure that JS concepts are followed, and that internal and external key documents are used intentionally
  • assistance tasks: Travel Management, take part in meetings
  • local IT support tasks: work with CMS, install PCs
  • office management tasks: coordinate, plan and support office activities

Position requirements

You are able to spend up one or two months in Hamburg for an introduction and, afterwards, stand on your own feet in our Budapest office. Also…

  • You may already have some experience from a similar position as a coordinator or management assistant
  • You studied business administration, human resource management, psychology or something similar
  • Your mother tongue is Hungarian and you are fluent in English
  • Understanding of German and German writing skills
  • You are a good communicator on the phone and it comes natural to you to manage the dialogue with the applicants
  • You are goal-oriented, disciplined and a quick-thinking  problem-solver
  • You are able to work independently
  • You know how to prioritize your tasks and plan the day right to reach deadlines and targets
  • You are willing to make a career within one company
  • You are an experienced IT user or you have a natural interest in IT
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office products, CRM programs and Internet
