MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

 Visteon Hungary Ltd., part of Visteon Corporation, which is among the largest global full-service automotive parts suppliers is seeking to recruit for the following position at its vehicle parts manufacturing plant in Székesfehérvár.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Main Job Responsibilities

Support the operation of manufacturing equipments, validation and documentation process;

Tracking of key maintenance parameters (i.e. machine downtimes, machine availability, OEE, etc…)

Define TOP problems and take action for that

Analysing bottlenecks of the production lines and take action for that.

Reduce downtimes/ Improve up time of the area

Initiate and conduct maintenance cost reduction and improvement activities

Participate in new automated machine designed and implementation

Working together with Manufacturing Engineer team

Coordinate the maintenance group on the area:

Establish maintenance goals

Motivate and take priority to maintenance group respect area objectives (i.e. Scrap, Labour Efficiency, Productivity, etc…)

Coordinate and maintained the TPM tasks and database

Develop knowledge and capability of maintenance group

Requirements:

Mechanical (preferred) or electrical degree

Good oral and written English

Good organizational skills

2D and 3D design knowledge

Good motivation & leadership skills

Good coordination and problem solving skills with good delegation skills

Advantages:

Experience in the field of manufacturing engineering / quality / maintenance / TPM database

Experience in "lean thinking"

Experience in machine fixture design / development
