In charge of our prestigious international Client we are searching for a LOYALTY SPECIALIST.

Main tasks:

- Strategic planning and coordination of Loyalty activities in Hungary
- Development of loyalty program related communication plan and ensuring realization (regular newsletters to all participants, regular targeted, monitored and documented activities)
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the Retail business unit encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
- Budget planning and controlling
- Performance monitoring and post-analysis for all Loyalty activities (e.g. direct mailings, promotions etc.)
- Regular reporting of key customer loyalty related business performance indicators
- Dialogue marketing and direct marketing
- Development of a Loyalty toolbox for local promotions/activities
- Setup concept and activities for Filling station employees and Partners motivation
- Data analysis / Data Mining
- Secure smooth loyalty business operations in HU (cooperation with 3rd party Service Providers)
- Selection and coordination of local loyalty marketing providers (agencies, copywriters, BTL, etc.)
- Identify and initiate cooperations with other companies in order to increase cross usage among leading brands
- Leading and participation in retail marketing projects
- Reporting to the Department Manager Marketing

- University degree (trade or economy)
- Experience in marketing min. 3 years, preferably in a similar position in Retail
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to make complex analytics into simple answers
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking; deep understanding of business correlations
- Native Hungarian, fluent English
- Experienced as project leader

- Sense of IT system operations with a special focus on reporting systems
- Able to make basic business case calculations
- Background in CRM, customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies is an advantage
