Logistics Project Manager & Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Candidate, who would enjoy multitasking activities and has strong SAP and project management experience. The employee would be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating logistics projects based on timeline and budget. Moreover the candidate would manage Logistics Business Analytics and SAP related activities. Also he/she will communicate with vendor manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Logistic Continuous Improvements opportunities
  • Actively participate to logistics project management system to identify/ prioritize and monitor project opportunities/ activities
  • Lead logistics improvement projects, responsible for delivering the project in line with scope statement, time schedule and cost targets, pro-actively manage/ influence direct stakeholder needs
  • Develop business case elaboration for projects (s)he is in charge off
  • Responsible for Logistics Quality Management system coordination, ensure it meets the ISO certification expectations and scorecard evaluation.
  • Manage vendor management activity of Ecommerce
  • drive issues to solutions, manage escalations
  • Support Logistics SAP and Reporting operations with Business Analytics and SAP functionalities
  • Responsible for logistics business analysis
  • Key contact point for SAP and Reporting
  • Investigate and solve SAP/Reporting issues within logistics area, provide inputs for priority needs
  • Understand how SAP and Reporting can be leverage to optimize logistic activities
  • Track, propose and drive development needs, provide trainings when necessary
  • Create regular and ad-hoc Logistics reports/lists from SAP and from Business Objects




  • College/University degree or equivalent experience in logistics
  • Experience in Supply Chain and Quality areas
  • Experience in project support or coordination
  • Experience in SAP
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical skills, Proficient in Excel (MS Office knowledge)
  • Problem solving mindset and drive for continuous improvement
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Independent personality: able to make decisions on the appropriate level
  • Proactive, open minded and able to multi-task
  • Good problem solving skills and quick reaction time
  • Solid knowledge about quality and compliance requirements would be a plus
