Logistics Coordinator

Electrolux ‑ the thoughtful company in order to ensure sustainability and continuous growth of business through developing our human resources, we are seeking a motivated, professional and challenge-oriented colleague for a fixed period of 1 year in the following position:

Logistics Coordinator


Supply the sales companies with
sourced finished goods by the most
optimal logistics flow from timing,
cost and service level point of in
small appliances area and by this
way support the achievement of the
defined inventory, delivery accuracy
and logistics cost targets.

Key operational responsibilities:
  • Collect firm orders and long term order forecast for the sourced products from the Sales Companies
  • Sourced products purchase order management and control also related process and data management in SAP & other logistics databases
  • Customer and Supplier relationship management according to the agreed service levels
  • Arrange and control with the support of CSCO organization the goods physical flow according to the agreed delivery terms from the goods origin till the agreed place of delivery
  • Manage and control the shipping documents including invoicing flow as well with the Suppliers and the Sales Companies
  • Purchase order, shipment and container forecast management
  • Analyze and report the expected supply situation, take preventive actions to avoid supply shortage or excess inventory
  • Main systems: SAP, Lotus Notes, OTD-CIM, MS Office (high Excel knowledge required!)
  • College/University degree
  • 1-2 years work experience in Logistics field (Purchasing and Transportation, Supplier and Customer Management areas)
  • Experience in overseas logistics
  • Intermediate English knowledge, other language is advantage
  • SAP ECC knowledge is an advantage
  • High MS Office (2007), especially MS Excel knowledge
