Logistics Assistant (Vác)
Role and responsibility:
- Handling and scheduling customer orders
- Tracking the consignment process
- Manage customer claims and properly handle customer complaints
- Creating customer sales order and delivery in SAP
- Keep daily contact with Distribution and Finance
- Create, maintain and run internal and external reports
- Manage and maintain the customer database
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- At least 6 months experience in customer service/procurement/logistics/order management/administration (preferably in a multinational environment)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/ International Relations/ Economy
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Excellent time management: ensure tasks/queries are carried out timely
- Ability to multi-task and priorise
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
