Logistics and Compliance Business Analyst

Job Summary:


Our client is looking for a Candidate, who would enjoy multitasking activities and has strong SAP experience. The employee would be responsible for EMEA Logistics quality management system and Audit & Compliance activities. Moreover the candidate would manage Logistics Business Analytics and SAP Super user activities. Also he/she will communicate with 3PL vendor manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Logistics Audit & Compliance activity
  • Responsible for Lexmark Logistics Quality Management system coordinations, ensure it meets the ISO certifications and scorecard evaulation·        
  • Responsible for SOX audits, coordinate and prepare ISO, corporate & internal audits, process audits with 3Pl, 4PL and company Logistics
  • Defines, implements and maintain risk management and data process flow
  • Create and secure Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and exit plan
  • Manage 3PL vendor management activities
  • Manage vendor management activity of Ecommerce
  • Responsible to meet and exceed performance level, cost optimization meets the company targets (identify root causes and implement corrective action plans in case of shortfall versus target)
  • Logistics SAP and Reporting Superuser
  • Support Logistics SAP and Reporting operations with Business Analytics and SAP functionalities
  • Responsible for logistics business analysis
  • Key contact point for SAP and Reporting
  • Investigate and solve SAP/Reporting issues within logistics area, provide inputs for priority needs
  • Understand how SAP and Reporting can be leverage to optimize logistic activities
  • Track, propose and drive development needs, provide trainings when necessary
  • Create regular and ad-hoc Logistics reports/lists from SAP and from Business Objects




  • College/University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Quality or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain (preferably Logistics) and Quality areas
  • 1-2 years experience in Business Objects and preferably SAP
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical skills, Proficient in Excel (MS Office knowledge)
  • Problem solving mindset and drive for continuous improvement
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Independent personality: able to make decisions on the appropriate level
  • Proactive, open minded and able to multi-task
  • Good problem solving skills and quick reaction time
  • Solid knowledge about quality and compliance requirements would be a plus
