Logistic Claim Supervisor (Szállítási ügyintéző – panaszkezelő)

Responsibilities

  • Supports the team activity to comply with standard procedures specific to the Logistic/Transportation Department and of the company
  • Recommends and implements improvements of the process
  • Highlights and solves complaints received from internal and external clients while proposing solutions for improvement
  • Check and highlight daily returns to find the difference between the number of products not returned and those returned by couriers
  • Prepare reports for non-delivered products and proposes a solution for adjusting the situation
  • Draws up and presents monthly and weekly reports on the activity and the fulfillment of objectives
  • Responds to material goods taken on their own inventory and to the use of specially entrusted forms
  • Respects the provisions of the internal regulation, the working procedures applicable in the company and the instructions received from the superiors; work schedule and duration of pauses granted; and the rules of labor protection and PSI
  • Builds and maintains an optimal and positive working atmosphere

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar position
  • University degree (preferably in economics or technology)
  • Advanced English, fit for negotiation
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Analysis and synthesis capacity
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to learn and use various software for activities related to transport activity
  • Performance driven mindset
