- 2nd level support for technical issues - Providing remote support for customers - Monitoring the blacklog state of the team - Providing daily support and when it is needed resolving complex issues - Mentoring junior colleagues - Ensuring high degree of the client's satisfaction
- 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role - Experience in Windows based environment - Basic knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, CMD and networking - Fluent English
