Our client

Our client is a globally leading multinational company, with an impressive client base and an existing growth strategy. They are now seeking a Learning and People Development Administrator to be responsible for various client sites across Europe and Africa.

Tasks

- Schedule Out of Catalogue Learning Activities
- Administration of Training requests in Learning Management System
- Administrate incoming errands within the training and people development area
- Responsible for the end-to-end logistics of training requests
- Administration before and after training delivery
- Scheduling of training programmes on an ad hoc basis
- Administrate incoming errands within the training and people development area
- Act as second line support in HR Service Centre including tool support to practitioners in the business
- Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of the HR Service Centre team
- Administration of Idioms and Education Background policies
- Invoice/Vendor payment process change management as occurs and in alignment with the Global Supply Chain Management Process
- Support Employees and Managers within the respective area in People Development Process related requests
- Support HR Process Manager People Development with optimizing Learning Events according to global directives
- Local Vendor Management
- Administration of myLink
- ADC administration (organization support and preparation of material)
- Reporting
- Run webinars on People Development Processes
- Educate colleagues to use the People Development Processes properly, be a driver of global processes

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- General knowledge within HR with focus on training and people development
- Fluency in English
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Education in SAP
- Understanding the concept of T&Cs
- Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Organized, thorough and show attention to details
- Solution oriented and a strong customer service focus

Advantageous

- Fluency in French, Italian or other European relevant languages
