Key Account Manager

Our client is one of the major global air transport players. On behalf of them we are looking for a Key Account Manager with fluent English. The Key Account Manager is in charge of managing, developing and promoting his/her portfolio.

Feladatok:

- Developing and managing your own portfolio of travel agencies and corporate customers
- Understand customer needs, find new prospects & business potential, get the business in, follow up and build customer loyalty by being a real business partner
- To analyze and develop a customer portfolio in terms of company revenue, market share and sales lead for the best return on investment
- To guarantee a high quality of service and commercial follow up
- To secure and develop business opportunities and close commercial deals for existing and new clients
- To ensure an oversight of market intelligence (trends, developments, competitors’ activities)

Elvárások:

- Bachelor degree, preferably in business or economics
- 3 years proven track record in sales
- Experience in airline, travel or hospitality business environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of sales processes and marketing communication techniques
- Fluent in English and in Hungarian
- High level of computer literacy
- Innovative, persuasive approach
- Self-driven, commercial- and result-oriented personality with analytical skills
- Proactive, try to find novel ways to deal with work problems and build relationships
- Develop influencing strategies and use appropriate interpersonal styles to negotiate
