You don't have relevant experience?

You speak French or Dutch or German on a close to native level besides your excellent English?
- You'll be able to use and further develop them on a daily basis!

-Source, recruit & interview candidates
-provide consultancy services for clients & top talents,
-be a sourcing ninja in finding and hunting down the best talents throughout Europe,
-write assessments after the interviews,
-provide excellent service to your business partners by communicating with them regularly about the dream candidates you have chosen for them,
-to have the aim to be the best in your job by continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Excellent knowledge in English AND French or German or Dutch (You'll deal with native speakers on a daily basis),
- at least 1 year international experience is a must! (scholarship, work experience, volunteer, gap year abroad etc.),
- continuous willingness to learn and improve new tricks and hack within sourcing,
- active social media user (LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter, etc).
