A Junior Recruitment Specialist position is open at our client who operates with a newly established Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown. We are currently seeking for a talented Junior Recruiter to join their continuously growing Support Centre and to contribute to the successful operation of the local recruitment team. As a Junior Recruiter you will be responsible for supporting the business with recruitment related tasks. Your job will contain creating job advertisements, pre-screening applicants, conducting personal interviews, assessing candidates as well as liaising with hiring managers. The future colleague will need to maintain a cooperative relationship both with candidates and business partners, as well as actively take part in planning and executing talent acquisition campaigns.
In order to successfully apply for the Junior Recruitment Specialist role, you need to have a College or University degree, 0,5-1 year of experience in recruiting (agency or corporate side) and fluent knowledge of English and Hungarian. Experience in SSC environment or in volume recruitment is an advantage. You are the ideal candidate if you can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment, have excellent communication and organization skills, and the competence of effective problem solving.
