Junior HR Support Specialist



  • Process employee data management and coordinate organisational management requests for countries supported
  • Provide first line advice to in-country HR as and when required
  • Manage and coordinate annual pay review activity
  • Manage annual cash bonus calculations and payments
  • Process and record employee life-cycle events and data management updates in SAP
  • Work with local recruitment agencies and candidates to coordinate an efficient employee resourcing and onboarding experience
  • Adhere to all request management requirements in Siebel
  • Establish good and clear working relationships with key business contacts
  • College or university degree pereferably in Human Resources
  • Some experience gained in the field of human resources (preferably in HR support)
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Working knowledge of HR processes (including compensation and benefits)
  • Good IT skills (MS Office)
  • Analytical thinking, attention to details
  • High level of proactivity and strong communication skills
  • SAP experience
  • Experience in an SSC
