Junior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with middle and top management in HR related matters (coaching, conflict management, management motivation, career path development)
  • Participation in revision of organizational structure, support its development and implementation (headcount management, talent program, etc.)
  • Supporting implementation of performance management system at the organization, assure its smooth application and continuous development (position-evaluation, feedback interviews)
  • Participation in recruitment procedure: contacting, interviews, start of new employees
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • HR generalist related tasks (policy development and documentation,employee services and counseling etc.)

Requirements:

  • BA/BSc degree (preferably in HR)
  • 3-5 years of HR experience (preferably experience in Recruitment or HR BP positions)
  • Motivated personality with strong customer service focus
  • Belief in the value of the HR function
  • Upper-intermediate English knowledge
