Tasks of the future colleague will be:

•             Managing, coaching and motivating the team of 10-15 people

•             Providing professional support to the accounts payable activities

•             Monitor KPIs, service delivery of the team

•             Lead the change process, assist continuous improvement and improve customer service

•             Deliver high quality and customer focused service to clients

•             Allocate tasks and plan work so the SLA’s are realized

•             Help to achieve targets and provide single development opportunities


•            Fluency in English and German languages both written and verbal

•             At least 4 years of relevant experience preferably in a multi-national, shared services environment

•             Experience of relevant ERP system (e.g. SAP)

•             Excellent customer service and administrative skills

•             Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills

•            People management experience is an advantage

•             Some knowledge of Lean techniques is an advantage
