Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Team Leader for 1st and 2nd line Helpdesk Specialists to their Budapest-based business services center.
- running a team of Helpdesk Specialists - ultimate responsibility for the performance of the team - keeping in touch with internal clients and stakeholders - the team is responsible for providing prompt and polite helpdesk service to the company’s clients; they handle problems and complaints on the phone - managing interface with customers and relationship with other teams and units in order to ensure proper collaboration - reporting
- at least 2 years of experience in a team leader position (IT background (helpdesk or support) is a MUST!) - fluent English language knowledge (C1) - university or college degree - result and customer oriented personality - proactive, innovative and flexible to manage people in a dynamic, changing environment - experience in team and people management is an advantage
