As a Collection specialist you will be responsible for a given portfolio with business partners. The tasks are the following: - Maintain credit lines for new and existing clients - Call clients to align payment dates and amount to be paid - Requesting payment details from customers - Work closely with the team leader and other departments to solve problems - Proactively checking client’s account - Credit analysis and review - Provide prompt and accurate response to customer inquires
- College or University degree - 1-2 years of experience in a customer focused role - Fluent Italian AND active English knowledge - Shared Service Centre experience - Excellent problem solving and communication skills - Team player approach, pro-active attitude
