Our continuously growing multinational partner which is a prestigious telecommunication company operating a business service center in Budapest.

Your new role
As a 1st Level IT Helpdesk Agent your responsibilities will include the followings:
  • Providing first level IT support to customers
  • Being a first point of contact for end users support using all communication channels (e-mail, phone)
  • Independently handling and progressing requests
  • Escalate cases to relevant support groups

What you'll need to succeed
In order to successfully apply for the 1st Level IT Helpdesk Agent position, you need to have:

  • Fluency in Italian and advanced level of English
  • The ability to work in shifts (24/7)
  • CCNA/CCNP certification or experience in a similar role is a great advantage
  • Knowledge of network technologies like Cisco or Avaya is nice to have
