Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for Italian / French / German / Portuguese / Spanish Speaking 1st Line Helpdesk Specialist in 7 x 24 shifts to their Budapest-based business services center. FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO HIGHLY WELCOME!
Pozíció részletezése / Position overview
- Responding to inbound telephone calls from customers and recording all actions taken to effect resolution of customer problems,
- Contacting customers directly, providing notification of error conditions, and updating on existing problem conditions,
- Conducting first level analysis and contacting other technical departments if it is necessary.
- Fluent, active English AND Italian / French / German / Portuguese / Spanish language knowledge is a must,
- Ability to work in 7/24 shifts,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Customer-focused approach,
- Strong problem solving skills,
- Relevant experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcomed,
- Helpdesk experience and/or networking knowledge are preferred.
