Italian Financial Specialist - for 1 year

Responsibilities:
  • Scan and accurately match invoices to purchase orders
  • Process and allocate supplier credit notes
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries in e-mail and on phone
  • Escalate unmatched/unapproved invoices to relevant departments
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation between Accounts Payable general ledger and subledger
  • Follow up on exceptional payments with treasury on a daily basis
  • Take part in ad hoc projects as directed by the Supervisor or Team Leader
Requirements:
  • University or college degree preferably in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Fluent Italian and at least intermediate English knowledge both written and oral
  • Confident use of MS Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
Advantages:
