Our multinational client is a pan-European medical services provider. We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to it's Business Service Center based in Budapest to strengthen their IT support team.
- Takes full ownership of issues and troubleshooting, ensures that they are followed through from start to finish - Deliver a positive, memorable and meaningful service which exceeds the expectations of the users - Ensures at all times that users receive the best possible attention and assistance in addressing requests and resolving problems - Own and update end users’ guides and instructions - Build and maintain knowledge base - Participate in the rotational based extended support hours’ coverage
- 1+ year of IT support experience - Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - High knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Proactive, logical and self-motivated with a creative approach to problem solving - High level of flexibility and outstanding stress management - Solid understanding of networking and end user computing hardware and devices - Passion and drive to progress into a senior role
