Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for an IT Service Manager with English and German language knowledge.
- Single point of contact and interface to local Business Process Owners and Desktop User Community - Measurement of the service quality from a perspective of business, customers and users - Regular Service Review Meetings with suppliers and customers (internal and external) in particular with End User Technology - Responsible for continuous improvement in the area of Service Management with End User Technology and ComputaCenter - Contact person and escalation point for all relevant tasks with Service Management - Responsible that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are complied with and that Service Level Requests (SLRs) are provided in agreed quality - Support with the implementation of new services to operational stage to ensure an excellent service quality - Development and maintenance of a „Demand list“ of all requested and open service improvements and enhancements
- University/College degree - Experience as a Service Manager in an ITIL-oriented environment - Good understanding of IT applications and local/global business processes - Advanced knowledge of telecommunications processes - Business fluent knowledge in German and English
