For our international client based in Fonyód we are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist colleague.
-Work within the global service desk model to support Hungarian plant and users. -Manage service delivery: ticket management, escalation, reporting, and customer satisfaction. -Resolve complex escalated 1st and 2nd level technical issues (hardware/software/services). -Report issues that could significantly impact the business to management. - Instruct customers in the use of computer equipment and services through advice and training. - Support global Service Desk programs as approved and assigned by the IT Service Manager. - Responsible for the client-services hardware/software procurement process in adherence to business policies and procedures.
-Several years of experience in a similar position -Working knowledge and experience with Windows Operation System, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft Office -High School diploma -Strong communication skills in English
