Our client, a multinational telecommunication company is looking for an experienced, IT Service Continuity Manager, with 2-3 years ITIL experience.
- Managing a program of a Disaster Recovary Planning - Responsibility for planning and performing the activities required to meet the ITIL functions of Service Continuity and Proactive Availability Management - Ensures that IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) is embedded across the entire service organisation - Provide ITSCM and Proactive Availability Management expertise on specialist contracts. - Ensure that ITSCM and Proactive Availability documentation is produced and reviewed in line with contract requirements - Ensure ITSC is represented at the regular change advisory boards to protect the service continuity integrity - Review reports to identify incidents -Coordinate interfaces between ITSCM and other Service Management processes
- Secondary education level, or equivalent professional - Completed ITIL v3 Foundation - Fluent English both in written and speaking - Ability to analyse data - Organisation skills - Project management skills -Good communication skills
