Our partner is a quickly growing IT services company with several opportunities.
On their behalf we are looking for a new colleague in the position of
- Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates (through internal database, job boards, social media and other search engines, contact lists, job fairs, cold calls, etc.);
- Analyse candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements;
- Partner with hiring managers to identify top candidates and recommend offer details based on internal and external data points;
- Help focus interview teams, negotiate offer with candidates and onboarding candidates;
- Meets regularly with leadership and HR partners regarding open / anticipated positions, candidates identified and in process, and opportunities for improvement;
- Manage recruiting initiatives from the beginning to the end of the hiring cycle.
- Bachelor degree;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment;
- Working experience in high-tech/IT industry, multinational companies or executive search firms;
- Excellent communication in English and Hungarian;
- Can-do attitude and capability to drive results;
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and different types of personalities.
